Training on the Allegro Reformer is the heart of the Pilates method, preparing you to train on the mat. With attached handles and adjustable sitting and laying surfaces, the Allegro will bring a new dimension to your training. Working against tension, you will execute precise, isolated movements and increase the intensity of your training over time. Simply put: you will build strength, improve your coordination and flexibility and optimize your posture.
Allegro training is appropriate for everyone, regardless of their age and current fitness level. If you do not have experience with the Pilates method, before registering for a group class, we recommend taking part in a private introductory training, the beginner course or an Allegro introductory class.
