MY PILATES PRIVACY
You can always book our Allegro or Personal Training room on the hour for your own training (as a single admission at CHF 25 for 55 minutes or as a subscription with 10 admissions at CHF 200). You can use it alone or in pairs, but only if you already have experience with the Allegro Reformer and/or the Pilates equipment or have previously attended an introductory training course tailored to your needs.
The introductory training MY PILATES PRIVACY (incl. creation of your individual training) can be booked once for CHF 90.
