Mat Classes
Mat classes at Pilates Zürich are designed to flow
throughout the sixty-minute class. We guide controlled, fluid movements, with or
without props. Integrating Pilates, Bodymotion and fascia principals, we teach light
to advanced variations of specific movements. Independent of your age and
current fitness level, you will see improvements in your posture, coordination
and breath. You will strengthen your entire body, with clear results in your in
deep trunk muscles and body alignment. Enjoy the benefits of your mat training
in everyday life and when practicing other sports. As Joseph Pilates said: «In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the
difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body.»
