The pelvic floor is the «centre» of your body and is functionally and fascially connected to everything in it. It is connected to your shoulders, legs, feet and hands and participates, for example, in the alignment of your head and vice versa.

There is no «one best way» to train the pelvic floor. This is because it is - with all its fascial, emotional, reflexive and functional connections - a huge construct. So one exercise may help one person, but not another. It is important to find the right balance between a too tense or too relaxed pelvic floor, so that you can positively influence your training, your everyday life, indeed your quality of life.
