The pelvic floor is the «centre» of your body and is functionally and fascially connected to everything in it. It is connected to your shoulders, legs, feet and hands and participates, for example, in the alignment of your head and vice versa.

There is no «one best way» to train the pelvic floor. This is because it is - with all its fascial, emotional, reflexive and functional connections - a huge construct. So one exercise may help one person, but not another. It is important to find the right balance between a too tense or too relaxed pelvic floor, so that you can positively influence your training, your everyday life, indeed your quality of life.

We record our 6-week training series. If you can't attend live, you can replay the training at any time. You don't need any special experience, our training series is suitable for anyone who wants to dive into the topic of the pelvic floor. For the lessons you will need a chair, a scarf or cloth, a hedgehog ball and a blanket.

Bea & Gisela are happy to delve deeper into the topic with you, to offer you space to experience and explore as well as to ask questions. They have extensive experience with the topic of PELVIC FLOOR & CORE, whether in training, pregnancy & regression, prevention, after uterine or prostate surgery, in the menopause or in old age.
