TRX® Suspension Training

TRX® was developed as a sporty full-body training method in which you work with your own body weight as training resistance using a rope and sling system. At Pilates Zürich we combine this method with Pilates and the body motion and fascia principles. 

The TRX® Suspension Training demands your stability, strength, flexibility and coordination.

  • Monday, 11.30-12.00 with Timur (short training)
  • Monday, 19.00-19.50 with Madara
  • Wednesday, 12.15-12.45 with Madara (short training)
  • Friday, 11.30-12.00 with Timur (short training)
