Prenatal Pilates & Yoga
The Pilates Zürich prenatal Pilates & Yoga classes are developed with midwives to ensure that you and your child’s well-being are at the core of what we do. With gentle exercises, we will strengthen and improve the blood flow to your pelvic floor and core. You will improve your posture, minimize back pain and develop a relaxed shoulder girdle. Breath and relaxation techniques help you find your inner balance and peace.
We recommend an individual introductory training after the 16th week of pregnancy.
