Fascia Pilates & Slings

Experience how we improve our health, structural balance, posture and vitality through movement in this resource-based training. The aim is to increase movement efficiency, also in everyday life, and to optimise our resilience, especially in times like these.

Calm and slow movement sequences alternate with exercises of higher intensity and dynamics. We use a variety of stimulation and techniques, including Slings Myofascial Training® exercises and tools (especially with two Slings Myofascial Massage Balls®, alternatively with two soft hedgehog balls), so that we can have a targeted effect on our fasciae.
