Trapeze Workout is a full-body workout that is performed with a cloth hanging from the ceiling, as known from aerial yoga. The sling also has handles of different lengths, which is similar to the TRX® suspension training system. With the help of these handles, exercises from the Pilates repertoire as well as from sling training can be combined with exercises from aerial acrobatics in a very playful and at the same time harmonious way.
The focus of this training is on improving strength, strength endurance, balance and flexibility. In addition, the hanging sling enables us to relieve our spine in inverted postures.
