You can join at any time – no experience needed.
For the best possible start, we recommend a Reformer Introduction class or a beginner personal training session. That way, you’ll learn the essentials and get the most out of your group classes.
Tip: If you have a specific goal or physical concerns, a 1:1 personal training session is ideal. As a new client, you’ll receive a one-time 10% discount on your first private session (CHF 150.–).
You’ll find all classes & levels on our Eversports schedule.
Comfortable clothing is all you need. We train barefoot – socks are required for Reformer classes. We provide mats, Reformers, and small equipment.
Please clean the equipment you used after class – cleaning supplies are available on site. Showers are available – just bring your own towel if you’d like to use them.
Yes! Our courses in Pilates, FitGym, prenatal and postnatal exercise are certified by Fitnessguide for the years 2025 & 2026.
If you have a qualifying supplemental insurance, many Swiss health insurers will reimburse part of the cost.
We’re happy to provide the required form in-studio – just submit it along with your payment receipt.
Booking is quick and easy via Eversports, right up until the class starts. If you need to cancel:
- Please cancel group classes at least 12 hours in advance
- Workshops & personal training sessions at least 24 hours in advance
If a class has too few sign-ups, it will be automatically cancelled 6 hours in advance, and you’ll be notified via email.
In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel at shorter notice. Drop-ins (without booking) are only possible if the class still has open spots.
Insurance is your responsibility. The studio and our team accept no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages.
Yes! Our one-time Trial Pass for CHF 69.– gives you 3 group class entries – cheaper than two single sessions. It’s a great way to try out different classes.
You can book your Trial Pass directly via Eversports.
Please arrive about 10–15 minutes early to your first class so we can welcome you properly.
Yes, please book your classes in advance via Eversports – that way you can see availability and manage your pass.
Our memberships are personal and non-transferable. Extensions are only possible with a medical certificate.
If you have any symptoms of illness, even mild ones, please stay home – it protects you and others.
Some classes are available online as an alternative.
All class fees are paid directly via the available payment methods on Eversports.
Yes – if you’re unable to train due to illness or injury, we’re happy to extend your membership. Just provide us with a medical certificate, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Tip: During rehabilitation or recovery, personal training can be a great way to gently support your return to movement.
