Our Prenatal Pilates is designed for you from the 16th week of pregnancy onwards. It’s a safe, effective way to stay active. fully tailored to your changing body and its unique needs.

For You & Your Baby

Your pelvic floor is gently activated, helping you prepare for birth in the best possible way. Mindful movement work helps you maintain good posture and prevent common discomforts.

Relax & Recharge

At the same time, you’ll release tension in your shoulders and upper back, finding calm through conscious breathing and gentle relaxation exercises.

Postnatal Pilates

Our Postnatal Pilates helps you recover gently after giving birth and rebuild your strength step by step. The focus is on reconnecting with and strengthening your pelvic floor, while carefully reactivating your deep core muscles.

When to Start

We recommend beginning about six to eight weeks after a natural birth or eight to ten weeks after a C-section. Always check in with your doctor or midwife to find the best time for you.

Questions & Needs

We’re here to support you in healing from diastasis recti and share practical tips for your everyday life. Small group sizes mean there’s always space for your questions and individual needs.
