The pelvic floor is central to posture, stability and movement. In this workshop, you will combine comprehensible theory with targeted Pilates exercises to more consciously perceive, activate and relax the female pelvic floor. The focus is on functional integration in Pilates and everyday life. No previous experience required.

The pelvic floor is a real multi-talent and plays a central role in posture, stability, breathing and movement, much more than just a muscle that needs to be strengthened. In this 2-hour workshop, we combine comprehensible theory with targeted Pilates movement in order to perceive the pelvic floor more consciously, activate it in a differentiated way, just let go and functionally integrate it into everyday and training movements. The contents of the workshop include a basic understanding of pelvic floor and breathing, perception, activation and relaxation, as well as practical integration into Pilates and everyday life. In the workshop, we only cover the anatomy of the female pelvic floor; no previous knowledge is required.
Pilates 4 Runners
This workshop is aimed at runners of all levels who want to improve posture, stability and running efficiency. With a short introduction to theory and an intensive practical part on mat and reformer, the focus is on core stability, strength, mobility and run-specific coordination. Ideal for preventing injuries and optimising running technique.

Connection of the Shoulder Girdle & Upper Extremities
Workshop on the functional organization of the shoulder girdle and the connection of the arms to the core. You will learn how scapular organization and joint centering create stable, light and fluid movement on the Reformer. For a conscious integration of the arms in your practice and a clear, precise Pilates teaching approach.

In this practical workshop, you will explore the functional organization of the shoulder girdle in depth and learn how the arms can be guided powerfully, stably and effortlessly from the core. The focus is on scapular organization, joint centering and efficient force transfer to support ease in the neck, stable shoulders and fluid, economical movement in Reformer exercises. The workshop deepens your understanding of how the upper extremities connect to the trunk and sharpens your awareness of functional relationships. You will learn to integrate your arms consciously and effectively into Reformer exercises. Both to deepen your own practice and to enhance clear, precise and sustainable Pilates teaching.

Workshop for more movement and balance in everyday office life. You will learn simple mobility and stretching exercises to release tension and improve flexibility. The focus is on the neck, shoulders, back and hips, as well as strategies to prevent poor posture. Short, effective exercises and conscious breathing create noticeable ease, focus and well-being. Practical, immediately applicable and easy to integrate into your workday.

The workshop is aimed at all levels and combines in-depth knowledge with conscious movement and an effective Pilates workout.
