Pilates Zürich was born from a deep love for movement and the wish to create a space where people of all ages and fitness levels can discover their own strength. Since 2010, we’ve grown into an urban space for holistic training, offering so much more than classical Pilates alone.

Holistic Movement Designer
Timur combines precise structure with natural flow and holistic body training. His classes feel light and fluid, yet have a deep and lasting effect throughout the entire system. With his approach, he creates a balance between technique, body awareness and natural movement.
In his free time, he enjoys dancing, travelling and spending time with family and friends. Music gives him a lot of energy in everyday life. And when it comes to one thing, even his discipline gives in: he can hardly resist chocolate and ice cream.

Joyful Movement Guide
Cristina turns training into a lively movement experience full of lightness and flow. With her natural empathy, she creates an atmosphere where growth happens playfully while still feeling strong and empowering.
Creativity, time in nature and animals, especially her dog, give her daily energy. Growing up in a family of teachers, teaching has always been close to her heart. Whether in a classroom or in the studio, she loves creating spaces for growth, confidence and connection.

High Energy Performance Trainer
Alana stands for maximum energy, strong training stimuli and pure joy of movement. Her classes are intense, motivating and designed to help you push beyond your limits. With her dynamic style, she creates workouts that challenge, strengthen and at the same time make movement incredibly fun.
Outside the studio, she loves dancing, good coffee moments and travelling to warm countries. On holiday, however, a different side of her appears: instead of action and adventure, she prefers to spend her days relaxing and happily doing absolutely nothing in the sun.

Energy & Performance Specialist
Marco brings precision, depth, and a strong sense of presence to every session. With his background in professional ballet, he teaches movement with a particular focus on alignment, body awareness and controlled, efficient movement patterns. His classes are clearly structured, challenging, yet fluid – with the aim of integrating Pilates principles sustainably into everyday life.
His international experience working with professional dancers shapes his teaching, as does his passion for movement. As a fun fact: Marco grew up between Switzerland and Italy and teaches his classes in German, English and Italian, which often gives his sessions a distinctly international atmosphere.

Dynamic Precision Trainer
Mathilde combines powerful dynamism with precise movement and a good dose of humour. Her training challenges you, improves your performance and brings your body into true activation. At the same time, she not only delivers sweat-inducing sessions but also creates a motivating atmosphere where enjoyment is never left behind.
She finds new energy and inspiration while hiking in nature. She expresses her creativity through painting or writing and enjoys spending time with family and friends. And somewhere in the night sky, there is even a star that carries her name.

Strength & Energy Coach
Claudia brings energy, motivation and dynamic movement to every class. Her training is powerful and challenging, designed to build strength and stability throughout the body. With her motivating presence, she creates an atmosphere that pushes you to grow, become stronger and go beyond your limits.
Outside the studio, creativity plays an important role in her life. She enjoys spending time in nature, travelling, staying active and loves cooking and baking. Fun fact: Claudia is a true multitasking queen and even creates natural soaps and professional natural cosmetics in her free time.




Amanda

Flow & Alignment Expert
Amanda designs her training with fluid control, structural clarity and a strong focus on alignment. Each movement intentionally builds on the next, creating stability, balance and body control.
As a dancer, music is her daily source of energy and inspiration to move. She openly expresses her emotions, laughs often and loves to share her joy through a smile in public.




Soledad

Mindful Movement Specialist
Soledad creates space for true body intelligence and conscious movement control. Her classes are calm, clearly structured and deeply focused.A training experience that lets you feel how precise movement can truly be.
When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, or being outdoors in nature. Pilates also accompanies her at home: her reformer found its place in the living room. It was originally meant for the bedroom, but it didn’t fit through the door.

Calm, Precision & Strength
Elena’s classes emphasize precise movement and controlled muscle work. With calm guidance and dynamic intensity, she creates a focused training environment that helps you build strength, stability, and body awareness.
Outside the studio, Elena loves travelling, being in nature, and surfing. She spent six years owning and running a hostel in Costa Rica, where she connected with people from all over the world and gathered many inspiring experiences.




Laura

Performance Driven Coach
Laura stands for intense, performance-driven full-body training with a clear structure. Her energetic approach combines strength, precision and mental focus to create a workout with real impact.
Outside of training, she loves speed and nature, whether it’s downhill biking, motocross or anywhere movement brings an adrenaline rush. And perhaps it’s exactly this mix of dynamism and structure that also explains her appreciation for things that are perfectly organised.




Raphael

Power Flow Instructor
Raphael combines powerful dynamics with a continuous flow of movement. His classes are intense, rhythmic and bring the body and energy into harmony. With his calm, focused manner, he creates a training experience that connects strength, flow and presence.
Nature is his retreat and an important source of balance and inspiration. A small personal ritual accompanies him through everyday life: each day he consciously carries a different stone in his pocket.




Anita

Dynamic Energy Instructor
Anita brings a vibrant energy and a warm, open presence to every class. With her, you immediately feel welcome and at ease. Her teaching style is dynamic, powerful and challenging, with a clear focus on strengthening body awareness and deepening the connection to your own body.
Movement also plays an important role in her life outside the studio. She loves traveling, spending time in nature, and enjoying meaningful moments with family and friends. Her favorite moment in training is witnessing when participants truly feel that special connection between body and mind.
