From flowing Pilates to dynamic TRX® training, holistic BODYART and uplifting Aerial Yoga — Matwork helps you build deep core strength, improve your posture and find balance. For every level, with or without small props.

We combine the traditional principles of Pilates with modern concepts, always with a focus on personal support and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier and more at ease in your body.

Types of Matwork

Pilates Matwork

Mat Pilates teaches you the core principles of the Pilates method. With precise, flowing movements and mindful breathing, you’ll strengthen your deep core muscles, improve your posture and build greater body awareness.

Intensity Levels

Each exercise comes with different levels so you can train in a way that suits your fitness level and grow at your own pace

Holistic Impact

You’ll feel the effects long after class: more stability, better posture and a fresh sense of connection to your body in daily life.

TRX® Suspension Training

A full-body workout that builds strength, stability and mobility in one session. The ingenious suspension system uses your own bodyweight as resistance, giving you an effective workout without heavy weights.

BODYART

Ein ganzheitliches Bewegungskonzept, das Elemente aus der Physiotherapie, Prinzipien aus der TCM und Atemtechniken harmonisch miteinander verbindet. Es zielt darauf ab, langfristig deine Beweglichkeit zu fördern, Verletzungen vorzubeugen und Schmerzen zu reduzieren.

Aerial Yoga

Our Aerial Yoga brings together the grounding of traditional yoga with the floating lightness of aerial movement. Supported by a hammock-like silk hanging from the ceiling, you’ll explore familiar yoga poses and Pilates elements from a whole new perspective.

Body Awareness

Inversions help decompress your spine, release tension and realign your body naturally. You’ll strengthen your cardiovascular system and train your whole body at the same time.

Cocoon-Pose

The highlight at the end of every session. A moment of total relaxation where you’re wrapped in the silk, coming to rest and soaking up fresh energy.
