Welcome to the mat

Do you feel like doing Pilates but don't know where to start? Don't worry, you've come to the right place. Pilates is for everyone: no matter how old you are, how fit you feel or whether you already have experience.

What is Pilates anyway?

Pilates is a holistic workout that connects body and mind. The focus is on:

  • Strengthening your deep core muscles
  • Conscious breathing
  • Precise movements
  • Soft mobilization

Your first step: What do you need?

You don't need expensive equipment. Comfortable clothes, a mat, and yourself. You can find everything else in our studio.

This is how your first lesson goes
  • We start with gentle basic exercises.
  • You learn to breathe consciously and activate the core of your body.
  • Our trainers are always by your side.

Common questions from beginners

Do I need to be fit?
No! Pilates will get you fit. Everyone starts differently, we'll pick you up where you are.
What exactly am I training?

You strengthen your core, mobilize your spine, train your balance and become more flexible, upright and relaxed.
How often should I work out?

Just 1-2 sessions per week make a noticeable difference. It's worth sticking with it!
