Pilates & TRX®

TRX® was developed as a sporty full-body training method in which you work with your own body weight as training resistance using a rope and sling system. At Pilates Bern we combine this method with Pilates and the body motion and fascia principles. 

The Pilates & TRX® training demands your stability, strength, flexibility and coordination.
